• Introduce our Design and Planning package and discuss general pricing ranges for your project.

We request a deposit to begin the design phase and ensures your project is locked into our schedule.

Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is paid, our design team begins crafting a custom design for your space.

Our design team will create a staging view of your remodeled space, ensuring every detail is just right.

In this phase:

• We finalize material selections.

• Assess inventory availability.

• Establish the project timeline, including start and completion dates, to keep everything on track and within budget.

You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve the design before moving forward.

We’ll provide a final estimate & Contract for your review and sign.

• The Contract outlines the process, scope of work, and expectations for the next steps.

• The final estimate includes a comprehensive breakdown of costs, including labor and materials, giving you a clear understanding of the project budget.

Once you approve and sign the Contract, we’ll move forward with confidence and clarity.

Once the plans are finalized, we ensure everything complies with local codes by submitting them for city or town approval.

During construction:

• A dedicated project manager oversees the process to ensure smooth execution and clear communication.

• Our team handle every detail with precision and care.

• We protect your home by keeping the workspace clean and organized throughout the project.
